Salary Hike for Minimum Wage Earners in Bulacan

Minimum Wage Workers in Bulacan will experience an ₱40 increase in pay hike on October 16, 2023.

Wage Order No. RBIII-24 of the Central Luzon Board will be implemented in Bulacan, which will grant an increase of ₱40 in the income of non-agriculture, agriculture service, retail, and hotel franchise sectors. This was issued on September 19, 2023.

The wage hike orders was submitted by the Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Boards (RTWPBs) of Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, and SOCCSKSARGEN. It was approved by the National Wages and Productivity Commission (NWPC), based on the advisory of the Department of Labor and Employment (DoLE).



For Non-Agriculture

Establishments with 10 or more workers - from ₱460 to ₱500
Establishments with less than 10 workers - from ₱453 to ₱493


For Agriculture

Plantation - from ₱ 430 to ₱470
Non Plantation - from ₱414 to ₱454


For Retail and Service

Establishments with 10 or more workers - from ₱449 to ₱489
Establishments with less than 10 workers - from ₱435 to ₱475


There are also different wage increases for two regions.

In Cagayan Valley (Region II), there will be a ₱30 increase. It will be given in two tranches: the first tranche will be on the date of effectivity and the second tranche on April 1, 2024. The amount of the minimum wage will be P430 for agriculture and P450 for non-agriculture establishments, based on the issued Wage Order No. RTWPB 2-22 on September 21, 2023.

SOCCSKSARGEN (Region 12) will have a ₱35 increase, also given in two tranches. The first trance will happen upon implementation with ₱22 and ₱13 on January 1, 2024 with the second tranche. After the full implementation of the two sets, the salary will be ₱382 for agriculture, service retail, and non-agriculture, based on Wage Order No. RB XII-23 on September 21, 2023.
